Reporting Damage
If you discover damage to your Solar VM product or installation, please report it promptly by following these steps:

- Provide detailed information, including the nature of the damage, product details, and purchase or installation date.
- Attach photos or videos of the damaged product or area for assessment purposes.
Assessment and Resolution
Once a damage report is received, Solar VM will take the following steps:

- Arrange for an on-site inspection, if necessary, by an authorized Solar VM representative.
- Determine whether the damage is covered under this policy.
- Provide a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or reimbursement, at our sole discretion.
Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the validity of your claim, customers are responsible for:

Limitation of Liability
Solar VM’s liability under this policy is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected product or component, at our discretion. Solar VM shall not be held responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
